The E.S.O. It represents a crucial step in the important process of self-affirmation and personal maturation. For many it is the most difficult stage, the transition from childhood to responsibility and independence. The School assumes the challenge of channeling the energies of the students towards the marked educational goals, fully aware of the profound transformation that affects the world we live in, a world in which the image predominates and the frontiers of reality blur.
The teaching must be dynamic and interactive, and the teacher / student relationship intense. To this end, the classrooms of the E.S.O. they have advanced technology to stimulate research and learning through a pioneering Virtualized Educational Classroom program.
In this stage, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and English are taught in English (approximately 40% of the curriculum). Students prepare for Cambridge ESOL exams – KET (A2), PET (B1), and First Certificate (B2), and German is introduced as a second foreign language.
To enhance their linguistic and cultural development, students complete stays in the United States, Canada, England and Germany.
It is necessary to emphasize again the importance of the tutorial work. Students need at all times the support and advice of their tutors who in turn maintain a close level of communication with parents.
